Space City BBQ started in 2022 with one goal: bring real Central Texas BBQ to Baytown. Every piece of meat gets a hand-rubbed seasoning, a full smoke over post oak and hickory, and as many hours as it takes — no shortcuts, no timers, just smoke and patience.
The truck is parked at 7623 FM 3180, Baytown. Come find us 11 AM to 5 PM — some days we sell out by noon. Order ahead if you want to be sure.
